Vivienne (Tibs) Wierobiej Residential Property Manager, with some experience in Commercial Property Management also, has joined the team at Empire. She has been employed in the industry for 3 years but has also been involved in the building and hospitality industries for many years in various country areas.
Tibs (as she prefers to be called) has been the sole property manager at a well respected office in Mt Barker for 2 years managing both residential, rural and commercial properties before relocating to Perth. For the last year she has been employed at a large South Perth office gaining valued experience in all areas of property management and becoming familiar with the city. She thinks she’s mastered the freeways now!
Being a home owner, investment property owner and having rented for a period of time between buying and selling properties, Tibs has an invaluable knowledge and understanding of the necessity of liaising with both owners and tenants in a friendly, professional and caring manner, so as to achieve the best result for all concerned while helping to maintain and increase the value of the owner’s asset.
On a personal level Tibs has a strong work ethic, is honest, loyal and trustworthy and not afraid to put in extra hours if need. She also loves her football and has ties to North Fremantle through her partner and friends.
